About Dr. Solai
Gokul Solai, MD is a physician, biomedical engineer, and entrepreneur focused on helping people live with less pain and greater freedom.
His career has always sat at the intersection of medicine, technology, and practical problem-solving. He began as a biomedical engineer before becoming a physician, where he saw firsthand how joint pain and loss of mobility can affect far more than movement. It can change independence, confidence, relationships, and the ability to enjoy everyday life.
After clinical practice, Dr. Solai went on to build and scale companies focused on automation, artificial intelligence, and complex decision-making. That experience shaped his approach to healthcare: even an effective treatment only creates meaningful impact when it is delivered through a system that is simple, consistent, measurable, and scalable.
He founded JointGlow to build that system around low-dose radiotherapy, an established treatment approach for chronic joint pain that remains underutilized in the United States. His focus extends beyond opening clinics to developing the clinical protocols, training, technology, partnerships, and patient experience needed to deliver high-quality care at scale.
For Dr. Solai, JointGlow is about helping people return to the parts of life pain has taken away, whether that means walking comfortably, traveling, exercising, playing with grandchildren, or simply moving through the day without constantly thinking about discomfort.
His work is guided by a simple belief: mobility creates memories, and restoring movement helps people feel like themselves again.
